Who does your family consist of? Hubby Greg, two married daughters and their husbands, one single daughter, one married son (due home from Iraq in three weeks!)and his wife, one granddaughter, and another granddaughter due any day!
What is your occupation? Stay at home Grandma, also wedding seamstress.
Who is your favorite Disney Character and why? Mickey Mouse--always has been my favorite, he was there at the beginning!!
How many times have you vacationed to a Disney destination? 10 times plus a 7 day cruise for our anniversary.
What is your favorite Disney Resort (or off site property) and why? I
love the Polynesian for the tropical theme.
What is your favorite Disney restaurant, in or out of the parks? Don't
really have one favorite, I do like Whispering Canyon Café at the Wilderness
Lodge a lot.
What is your favorite ride or attraction at any of the Disney parks? Its a toss up between the Haunted Mansion and Tower of Terror.
When visiting Disney theme parks, do you "park hop" or not and why? Usually not, we just love spending the whole day at one park at a time.
What is your favorite Disney memory? taking our granddaughter to Disney World when she was 11 months old. Her expressions in some of the pictures
with the Princesses are priceless. My absolute favorite one is when she
grabbed Mickey's nose and kissed it. The photopass photographer caught that
one!!!
What is your favorite "extra cost" event/tour? Love, love, love the
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. We do it every year.
Have you met any MFL members at a Disney park? If so, who and what did you do? Have not met anyone formally.
Besides "things Disney", what do you like to do in your free time? Scrapbook, sew, knit, read.
What would people be surprised to know about you? That I am such a Disney fanatic. My family just shake their heads.
What is your best MouseForLess money saving tip? It's not a money saving tip, but I do love the packing tips given!
What area of TheMouseForLess.com do you use most frequently? I love looking at the pictures that everyone sends in. Also enjoy the contests and
give aways.
What is your favorite aspect of MFL? "Meeting" and making friends with others who enjoy traveling to WDW--feeling a part of a larger community even if we have never met face-to-face.
