We are very proud to introduce our brand new remodeled restaurant, Mandolin's. The restaurant was
completely remodeled in house to create an Italian-inspired atmosphere and changes include: complete tiled
terracotta floors, sienna-washed walls, brand new dark wood tables and chairs, completely rebuilt
buffet breakfast bar with separate omelet station, A new private dining room, The Oak Room, for private

I'll never forget my first trip to Disney, it was 15 years ago and we stayed at the Radisson Resort . It was
my 8 yo sister and myself. We picked up our rental car and headed down I4. I asked her for the map to the Resort
and she replied "what map?". All I could remember was that the hotel was near the entrance to Disney (only Epcot
and MK at the time), so we followed those signs. Viola, there was the hotel. So easy to find. We enjoyed it there
and went again the following the following year. Until we discovered the magic of staying on property. Last year,
I again stayed at the Radisson with a school band trip. It's a wonderful hotel, excellent pool. Easy to find and
get around. Quick to the parks, or even to Sea World and the resorts near there. It seemed to be in the center

Our family really enjoyed the tropical feel to the resort, there were trees, plants and water everywhere, and often
some local wildlife would add to our experience. Our favorite thing at the Radisson has to be the main pool, it is very
large with a water slide, and a water fall you can swim under. There is also a kiddy pool, a separate pool that
is more of a quiet pool and two hot tubs, one of which has a waterfall of it's own with hot water of course.
The location to WDW couldn't be better for off property, we were able to get to the parks very quickly (5-10 minutes)
each day, and while very close to the main drag, you are set back far enough you feel like you are off in your
