Food: 4 - the fruit was amazingly fresh; best grapes I've eaten in a long time, and I live in Southern California
Service: 4 - our waitress, who brought us the drinks and took orders for waffles and
pancakes, seemed to have trouble understanding that my mother brought her own tea bag
and only wanted hot water
Atmosphere: 5- very beautiful room that continues the Craftsman style of the
hotel
Okay for Children: Yes - very kid friendly food and the characters were great
Okay for Couples: Not so much for the breakfast, but dinner here can be quite
romantic
Be Sure To Try: I'm telling you - the fruit was fabulous.
General Tips: we ate at about 7:00 on Tuesday and got seated right away. About 5
minutes later, it was packed.
MouseForLess Tip: You can order off an a la carte menu instead of getting the
buffet, but you'd only save a few bucks.
Extra Comment: The buffet was plentiful and varied - with biscuits and gravy, an omelet
station...and braised short ribs with asparagus. At 7:00 AM. I don't know about you, but
I've never woken up at 7:00 AM and thought, "You know what I'm in the mood for?
Braised short ribs and asparagus."

Be Sure To Try: Everything was good...
Extra Comments: We chose this restaurant based on past reviews and our oldest sons' need for a gluten-free diet. We didn't have the chef come to our table, but our waitress was very knowledgable about what items they could make gluten-free. They even brought a basket of gluten-free bread out for our son so he wouldn't be left out of the bread-eating.
Dollarless Tip: Not sure about discounts and such, but we felt like the service and atmosphere warranted the $55 bill for a nicer dinner out.
Extra Comment: The service was EXCEPTIONAL and it was so nice to feel like they were taking care of our son with special dietary needs.

Extra Comments: We selected this restaurant because our Daughter and Grandson require a gluten free diet. The chef came out to talk to us and told us he could make almost every item on the menu gluten free. They have gluten free pasta and buns on hand. They also made the French Fries from scratch and fried them in a separate fryer. I tried one and they were excellent. They also grilled some chicken for our Grandson.

Be Sure To Try: I had the fish taco & thought it was quite good
General Tips: We got priority seating, but I don't think it is necessary
Extra Comments: This is a beautiful restaurant that was filled with families, but very quiet. You could talk and make noise, but it just didn't seem to carry like in some restaurants. The food was plentiful and very good. The wait staff was very friendly.
